Payments
Real Money or FunMoney

At CapBet you can choose if you want to play for real money or just for fun (with FunMoney). A good idea can be to start playing with FunMoney and join the real money games once you feel confident with the software.

All our real money games are played with EUR (€). To make a deposit or withdrawal, please go to the Cashier and follow the instructions. You can get to the Cashier from the Lobby.

Deposits
Please use one of the following methods to deposit money to your account.

We accept VISA and Master Card. As a promotion we are currently covering all the costs for Credit Card deposits.

All credit card transactions will be made from Cashier through a secure link directly with the processor. Upon approval your account will be credited instantly.

The minimum amount per transaction is € 20.00. The maximum amount varies depending on your player status and will show when you try to deposit.

NETeller
If you have an account with NETeller, you can use your NETeller account to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the Cashier section.

Bank Transfer

Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw money from your players account we will be happy to send you the money without delay. Withdrawals are processed every day except Saturdays and Sundays.

Payments are requested from Cashier and can be made through:

NETeller

Credit Card
The maximum amount you can get refunded to your Credit Card is the amount that has been deposited on the card.

If you desire another way of payment we will still make a refund to your CC up to the amount deposited. The winnings on top of this will be paid out as requested. We are unable to make credit card refunds on Mastercards as this is their policy.

The time for you to receive the refund can vary between 3-14 days depending on your bank. The payments will always be made promptly after normal verification of the card.

Bank Transfer
If you wish to have money sent to your bank account we are happy to make the transfer. You only need to make sure that you provide us with your banking details. This can be made on-line from the Cashier. Please allow up to 3-14 days for the money to arrive to your account.

Check
All checks are sent with registered mail. Normally you should receive the check within 7 days. If you wish to have the check sent by courier service this can be arranged for an additional fee of € 30.00.

NETeller
If you have an account with NETeller, we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited by NETeller before you can use any other withdrawal method.

Withdrawal Fees
Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every 30 days. If a second (or more) withdrawal takes place within 60 minutes after the free one, it is also free of charge. For more frequent withdrawals the fee is € 10 or VIP800.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs (including the cost for the deposit) for withdrawals of money that has not been put into play.
